The Sleep Guru is a lifelong experimenter in the world of sleep. 

The Sleep Guru is most of all an advocate of making Sleep Important in daily life as our 24×7 society increasingly undervalues the rejuvenating time spent in bed each daily cycle.  As an engineer trained in human performance measurement and as a member of the National Sleep Foundation and Society for Light Therapy and Biological Reseach, it is a goal to make myself a living experiment such the we can learn more about all phases of the sleep/energy/health continuum of life.  In this way, the embodiment of good sleep habits will be put forth for all to see, understand, follow and enjoy.
