This is the beginning of teaching about sleep from a the point of view of whom it matters to most: those who don’t sleep well.  That has been me throughout much of my life.

The difficulties in achieving the positive benefits of good sleep, with all the energy, focus and vitality that we should enjoy has come to The Sleep Guru through many years of study and experimentation.

This blog will help lead you through some of my experiences such that you can bypass the ineffective methods and zero in on what works best for you as well as what has proven to work well for everyone.

A Normal Life that might let us realize our full potential in life.

How great would life be if you were to go to bed, get to sleep almost immediately, sleep soundly through the night allowing your mind to work through its problems and solidify memories while your body rested, repaired and rejuvenated? 

What if you awoke without need of an alarm and within minutes felt full of energy, raring to start another full day of life?

That is what we are here to do.  This is our Goal.
